Welcome to OSNS LINK to Success - Employment Workshops!  Our program offers support for autistic youth looking to find employment opportunities. Our primary goal is to empower autistic youth by assisting them in overcoming job search challenges, including resume development, interview preparation, and communication skills. 

March 4, 2025: Self Advocacy, Spins, and Autistic Strengths (14-18) - session is completed

March 11, 2025: Goal Setting (14-18) - session is completed

March 18, 2025: Job-Seeking Basics for Autistic Youth (16-20) - session is completed

March 25, 2025: Navigating the Neurotypical Work Environment (16-20)

A PLAYGROUND IN NEED

The current Kinder Bear 3-5-year-old playground space is in need of significant repair. The wood playground structure is extremely weathered and will need to be replaced and relocated. There are drainage issues, uneven spots and areas covered with grass that are difficult to maintain and causing mobility hazards for some children. Once completed, there will be artificial turf, blended with resilient surfaces that will offer fewer hazards to children with walkers and / or wheel chairs.

INVESTING IN THE WELLBEING OF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES 
 


Securing project funding through donations from our community, local businesses, service clubs, grants and organizations helps support the OSNS in making critical improvements to our existing 3-5 playground and therapy space and will help ensure its timely development.
